At CPR, Ranjan designed, led and conducted electoral surveys in different states in India. Before joining CPR, he worked with Lokniti, and as a researcher at the Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS). He has also worked with the Expert Committee on Leveraging Panchayati Raj, constituted by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, and was involved in developing a model activity map for Centrally Sponsored Schemes. Mr Ranjan holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Delhi.
